AD+ is available for addresses in Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, and the Netherlands. It offers subscribers unlimited priority shipments for an entire year on any order above €30 order value.

AD+ Subscription And Use

You must be a registered Angling Direct customer; to subscribe to; AD+.

You must be logged in. to your account to use it.

AD+ is valid for 12 months. from the day you sign up (or if renewing, from the day your subscription renewal begins).

To keep you informed of any changes made; to AD+ or to provide information and offers regarding AD+ by registering, you consent to your email address being used for Angling Direct marketing purposes, it will only be used by Angling Direct and will only be used by Angling Direct and will at no time shared with third parties.

Your use of AD+ is subject to these terms and conditions.

Your subscription is limited to Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, and the Netherlands. You cannot use AD+ in any other country with this subscription.

 

Cancellation

You can cancel AD+:

If a qualifying purchase has not been performed within 30 days of purchase in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations. A full refund of your membership fees may be granted. if you haven't done no eligible purchases with AD+ during this period. Once a qualifying purchase has been made complete, your subscription cannot be refunded.

Cut Of Times:

Orders must be placed within the delivery times indicated when placing the order. Before finalizing your order, we will let you know the estimated delivery times and dates (as well as the delivery options available) based on the time of the order and the delivery address.

Cut-off times may change for short periods (for example, they may be brought forward during peak periods). Information to day are available at; the checkout.

 

Delays

We do our best to meet all delivery times, but very occasionally there may be delays, particularly during peak periods ( for example, sales/promotional periods) but also due to factors such as postal/carrier delays, traffic delays, logistics, bad weather or if our delivery partners do not have access to ; the delivery adress). We will not be held responsible for any delays or failures to comply. our obligations if the delay or failure results from causes beyond our control; and that of our delivery partners or during busy periods (e.g. sales, Black Friday weekend) where delivery times may be extended. This does not affect your statutory rights. Our goal is to keep you informed. and you should be able to track the progress of your package. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels. the suite of specific delivery instructions left with the delivery partner.

AD+ may not apply to; certain brands or products. Please note that the list of brands and/or products excluded from the AD+ subscription service may be subject to change. change. You will be informed; to checkout if the brand or product concerned is excluded from the AD+ subscription service.

 

Personal Use Only

AD+ is strictly reserved to personal use and should not be used. to commercial, resale or wholesale purposes.

You can order as many times as you want, but it is subject to a fair use policy - we need to make sure people don't take advantage of this great deal which may include excessive use or unusual charges on the service (e.g. ordering and returning beyond what would reasonably be expected of someone using the Service for personal purposes).

AD+ is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.

AD+ cannot be purchased; as a gift for another person. It can only be used only by the person who purchased an AD+ subscription.

 

Termination And Suspension

We can end an AD+ subscription at any time and you will receive a pro-rated refund for the number of full months remaining on your subscription.

A refund will not be issued: if we suspect or find (in our sole discretion) that use of AD+: has violated these Terms and Conditions; and/or has been used to for commercial, resale or wholesale purposes, or for any other purpose than that for which which a person using the service can reasonably be expected to personal purposes; and/or involves fraud or misuse or is otherwise harmful to the interests of Angling Direct.

If we suspect or discover such conduct, we may suspend or terminate an AD+ subscription, refuse or cancel an order(s), or close or freeze the Angling Direct customer account and associated accounts (even if we have previously confirmed an order).

We'll try to contact you if this happens. If this does happen to you and you think we've made a mistake, please don't be offended, but contact customer service and they'll be happy to talk to you about it.

If we suspect or discover that an AD+ subscription has been used in breach of these terms and conditions, we are entitled to recover all our direct delivery costs and losses from the account holder.

 

Changes To The General Conditions

We reserve the right to accept/decline/cancel/change the membership price and change the terms and conditions/discontinue the offer at any time. our discretion.

We will notify you of any material changes to these Terms and Conditions, either by email or by notification on our website. We will consider any use of the AD+ subscription service following this notice as consent and acceptance of this change. If you do not wish to continue AD+ subscription service after a significant change, please contact customer service as soon as possible.

If Angling Direct discontinues its AD+ service, you will be refunded in proportion to the remaining months of your subscription. All other terms and conditions of anglingdirect.co.uk apply.

By purchasing an AD+ subscription, you agree to all terms and conditions and you also agree to Angling Direct retaining your data for AD+ performance analysis.
