The KD rig is a carp rig that has been specially developed for use with wafter boilies. This carp rig is mainly characterized by the fact that the hookbait can move independently in relation to the carp hook. This is in contrast to other carp rigs where the starting point of the hair is somewhere on the shank of the hook. With this rig, a hook will stay in the mouth of the carp much better after spitting.
