Due to the use of SVF carbon fiber, X45 construction and the Nanoplus technology, we were able to develop incredibly light and fast blanks for our Tournament AGS rods, which instantly resile to their starting position after the cast! The spigot joint with V-Joint technology enables the design of especially slim rods with enormously improved bending curve and increased resilience regarding the connections between all different parts. The X45 construction improves the compression of the blank and makes the whole rod even more distortion-proof – more precise casts and a reduced risk of fractures are the result!
The Tournament AGS spinning rods care for an outstanding feeling – the extremely light and distortion-proof AGS guides made of carbon fiber send every movement and contact with the lure, ground or fish instantly to the blank.
The patented carbon fiber handle sections with casting weights of 14g, 28g and 42g pass every movement of the blank directly to your lower arm and thus open up a completely new dimension of lure control.
The light AGS guides in combination with the carbon fiber handle sections exert enormous influence to the unique action and balance of the blanks – a perfect symbiosis of technologies is the result!
The Tournament AGS rods with 14-42g casting weight are perfect softlure rods for fishing for zander, pike and big perches. The super-strong and fast blanks allow aggressive jigging of softplastic lures over great distances and submit the “Tock” of a bite clearly and instantaneous. These blanks’ actions are also ideally suited for the use of cranks and twitchbaits!
The rods with casting weights of 28-84g are made for heavy spinfishing for pike and zander with big softplastic lures and hardbaits and are equipped with an EVA split handle section. The Hard-EVA within the handle section improves the balance of these powerful spinning rods and guarantees perfect handling and comfort during extreme fights with large specimen!
