Vary in diameters when feeding to change the sound when in contact with the water. The carp also preys on sound! When used in the baitband use the diameter of the band to match the bait. The Halibutt taste and smell come off even more strongly when the pellet in the water slowly dissolves. The pellets should be light moistened(spraying) before feeding.
