Whether from the bank or a boat, this versatile rod is great for pike and zander anglers fishing with Jerkbait minnows like the Rerange 128 SP or soft shad swimbaits like the Dexter Shad 150 to 200, Dexter Eel 150 and 210, Dunkle 5’ and 7’. The length and power of the blank are designed to tackle flooded rivers and will handle pike, big zander and medium sized cats. Sea anglers are sure to find this rod perfect for sea bass and Pollock in testing conditions like over wrecks, around rocky outcrops or strong sea currents. The action is surprisingly good for working surface lures such as Bonnie, ChatterBeast, ChatterPop or Rerange minnows or trolling our NITRO soft baits (Nitro Shad 120 to 180, Nitro Slim Shad 150 and 180). Built on a top quality X5 blank incorporating pre-preg carbon set at three different angles to reduce weight and increase responsiveness without sacrificing power. Fitted with light and thin Fuji Torzite Titanium K rings. These rings cut out any risk of frap-ups, add distance to every cast and help your lines last longer. The VSS reel seat helps work baits and jigs and give you a stronger grip when playing big fish. Supplied in a signature rod bag and a rigid Cordura protective tube.
