These fishing reels include 3+1 stainless steel ball bearings which offers top level performance in terms of smoothness, crucial for casting and reeling in floats and feeders efficiently. Another advantage of these steel ball bearing on these feeder reels is the resistance to wear over time compared to other materials. The reel handle on this fishing reel is machined and finished with a soft touch knob which allows you to easily grip the handle when playing fish and reeling in.
Korum have ensured that the body of the Korum Axis II has been made from reinforced nylon as well as the rotor which gives this fishing reel strength and reliability. To aid performance and weight of the reel, the spool and handle have been made from anodized aluminium which makes it incredibly strong but also very lightweight. Durability has also been maximised on this fishing reel through the inclusion of wool & carbon fibre drag washers, zinc drive gear and brass pinion gear. A great addition to this fishing reel is the line friendly casting line clip which allows you to fish with full accuracy. Available in two sizes, a 3000 which is perfect for all types of float fishing, whereas the 4000 is perfect for either fishing a pellet waggler, specimen float fishing for carp & barbel or all types of feeder fishing.
